Client: Global Ventures
We support one of the leading VC in the region (Global Ventures) in delivering a series of workshops for their portfolio of companies focused on "Go To Market". We shared different strategies that startups can look at when they are at the stage of scaling their business, operations and teams. We followed-up with one-to-one sessions with some relevant startups in the portfolio, to help them identify their current roadblocks and build a roadmap to pivot or redefine their go to market.
